Beef Liver Curry

Before, I ever made chicken curry. How to make system is same. With masala, coriander, cumin, tomato, bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, green chilies. Difference between Indonesia curry and Bangladesh curry, Indonesia curry use coconut milk but Bangladesh curry use tomato.



Ingredients :
  • 1 kg beef liver.
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 1 cm ginger, roughly chopped.
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • 3 cms cinnamon.
  • 5 pcs cardamom.
  • 6 pcs cloves.
  • 1 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 tsp ground cumin.
  • 1/2 tsp ground turemeric.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt.
  • Oil for sauteing.
Instruction :
  1. Wash beef liver, drained.
  2. Sauteing onion, garlic, ginger, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and salt, until onion become tender.
  3. Add ground coriander, ground cumin and ground turmeric, sauteing until fragrant.
  4. Add tomato sliced., cook until tomato liquid.
  5. Add beef liver and yogurt, mix well.
  6. And cook beef liver until half cooked, add potato and mix until combine evenly.
  7. Cook until mature and water dries up.
