Famous layer cake in Indonesia. We put dried plum fruits in the layer of cake. Taste sweet and sour taste of plums, makes it feel fresh in mouth and the spekuk aroma was so favors.
- 30 yolks.
- 400 grs sugar.
- 400 grs butter.
- 1 tsp spekuk powder.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- 3 tbsp flour / milk powder.
- 6 tbsp condensed milk.
- Dried plum fruits as needed.
- Whisk yolks and half of sugar until thick and fluffy.
- Whisk butter and half of sugar until soft and white.
- Mix butter into eggs gradually and mix gently.
- Add flour, vanilla and spekuk powder gradually and mix gently until blended.
- Add condensed milk, mix gently until blended.
- Prepare baking tray has been covered with baking paper.
- Preheat oven 200°C.
- Bake the dough, with every layer 100 grs and every 5th put dried plum fruits.
- Bake until the dough finish.
