Chicken Curry

Typical of Bangladesh Curry is tomato. They mix slice fresh tomato into curry, without coconut milk. Typical of Indonesia Curry is coconut milk. All of spices are same, they put coriander, cumin, turmeric.





Ingredients :
  • 1 chicken, cut and wash.
  • 1 medium onion.
  • 2 cloves garlic.
  • 1 cm ginger..
  • 1 tomato.
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 cms cinnamon.
  • 5 cardamoms.
  • 6 cloves.
  • 1 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 tsp ground cumin.
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • Oil for saute spices.
Instruction :
  1. Pulse onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, cardamom seeds, cloves, coriander , cumin, turmeric and salt.
  2. Heat oil, saute mashed spices, cinnamon, bay leaves until fragrant.
  3. Add cihicken, cook until tender with low flame.
  4. When half tender, if you want to add potato or radish, you can add now.
  5. Cook until all of ingredients tender.
  6. Ready to be served.
