Meatballs

Bakso (meatballs) is my favorite food with some noodles. How to make with ground beef, and baking soda to make fluffy when boiled. Chewy and savory. Yummy in tummy.






Ingredients :
  • 500 grs ground beef.
  • 200 grs tapioca starch.
  • 2 tso baking soda.
  • 3 cloves garlic.
  • 2 egg.
  • 2 tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp ground pepper.
  • 1/4 cup cold water or 2 - 3 cube ice.
  • Instant noodles
  • Sprout
  • Spring Onion.
  • Celery.
Instruction :
  1. Put ground beef, garlic, salt, ground pepper, cold water into food proccesor, minced until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, tapioca starch, baking soda, mix until blended.
  3. Boil 2 lts water with big pan until boiled.
  4. Take the dough shape little ball and put into boiled water.
  5. If meatballs well done, they will float on the surface.
  6. Put into basket to drained.
  7. Served with soup, spring onion, celery and noodles.
