Our lunch menu with vongole spaghetti with fresh tomato sugo and sprinkle with coriander leaves chopped.
- 300 gr spaghetti.
- 200 gr vongole.
- 3 medium fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced.
- Coriander leaves as needed, chopped.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- Oil to sautè.
Instruction :
- Boil spaghetti until soft or al dente.
- While wait spaghetti, heat oil on frypan and sautè onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes and cook until melt and be sauce. Add salt as needed.
- Add vongole and cook until vongole is well done.
- Drained spaghetti and mix with tomato sauce until mix well. Let cook for 5 minutes on the medium heat and turn off.
- Sprinkle with coriander leaves, mix well. Served on the serving plate.
