Waffle Roll and Tiramisu Icecream

My new creation, waffle roll. To bake the waffle, I used sandwich toaster. Thin and long, after that I roll them and eat with tiramisu icecream and slice of kiwi.








Ingredients :
  • 300 gr all purpose flour.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 1 1/2 tbsp castor sugar.
  • 450 ml fresh milk.
  • 2 yolks, beaten lighly.
  • 2 tbsp margarine, melted.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 2 egg whites.
  • 1 tbsp castor sugar.
  • Tiramisu icecream.
  • Kiwi.
Instruction :
  1. Sifted flour and baking powder, add sugar and mix well.
  2. Pour milk gradually, and stir until combine evenly. Add yolk and stir until combine evenly.
  3. Add margarine and salt, stir until combine evenly. Set a side.
  4. Beat the egg white until half fluffy, add sugar, and beat until soft peak.
  5. Add egg white and stir with fold system.
  6. After the batter ready, heat sandwich toaster, smeared toaster with margarine and pour the batter. Bake until well done.
  7. Roll waffle up and serve with tiramisu icecream and slice of kiwi.
