Simple brownies without mixer. Fluffy and thick so nice. Taste of cacao, soft and moist. Come on, try the brownies for your family.
- 6 eggs.
- 200 gr sugar.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 125 gr all purpose flour.
- 50 gr cacao powder.
- 2 tsp baking powder + vanilla.
- 1 cup vegetable oil.
- 100 gr dark cooking chocolate.
- 1/2 cup fresh cream.
Instruction :
- Preheat oven 180°C.
- Melt dark cooking chocolate with vegetable oil and stir until combine evenlyl. Set aside.
- Mix flour, cacao, baking powder + vanilla, sifted.
- Whisk egg, sugar and salt with whisk hand until frothy.
- Add the mixture of flour are gradually and stir until combine evenly.
- Pour mixture of chocolate and stir until combne evenly.
- Pour fresh cream and stir until combine evenly.
- Prepare the round of mould and spread with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into mould.
- Bake until set for 30 minutes.
