My kids love carrot and zucchine. They want dinner with risotto mixed carrot, zucchine and sausage.
Ingredients :

- 1 1/2 cup risotto arborio.
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced.
- 1/2 zucchine, diced.
- 2 sausages, julienned.
- 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- Flavor powder.
- Broth as needed.
- Oil for sautè.
- Grated cheese.
- Preheat oil, sautè onion and garlic until wilt and fragrant.
- Add risotto, stir until combine evenly with onion and stir until yellow.
- Add bit broth and stir well.
- Add vegetable, flavor and bit salt. Stir until well and vegetable wilt. If water is dry, add little broth, stir and cook until half done.
- Add sausage and stir well and cook until risotto is well done.
- Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. Ready to be served.
