Risotto with Carrot, Zucchine and Sausage

My kids love carrot and zucchine. They want dinner with risotto mixed carrot, zucchine and sausage.










Ingredients :
  • 1 1/2 cup risotto arborio.
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced.
  • 1/2 zucchine, diced.
  • 2 sausages, julienned.
  • 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • Flavor powder.
  • Broth as needed.
  • Oil for sautè.
  • Grated cheese.
Instruction :
  1. Preheat oil, sautè onion and garlic until wilt and fragrant.
  2. Add risotto, stir until combine evenly with onion and stir until yellow.
  3. Add bit broth and stir well.
  4. Add vegetable, flavor and bit salt. Stir until well and vegetable wilt. If water is dry, add little broth, stir and cook until half done.
  5. Add sausage and stir well and cook until risotto is well done.
  6. Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. Ready to be served.
