Pegasus Fingerfood

I ever cooked pegasus grilled, but so difficult to dry,  more than 1 hour for 1 pegasus fillet. Now, I tried with other way, I made fingerfood of pegasus. so yummy my hubby said.







Ingredients :
  • 2 fillets of pegasus, cut as index finger.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A pinch of ground black pepper.
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten.
  • 2 tbsp water.
  • All purpose water as needed.
  • Breadcrumbs as needed.
  • Oil as needed to deep fry.
Instruction :
  1. Rubbed fish fillet with salt and black pepper, and cut as index finger.
  2. Preheat oil to deep fry.
  3. Beat the egg with 1/4 cup water until combine evenly.
  4. Coated fish with flour, dipped into egg and coated again with breadcrumbs.
  5. Fried until golden brown. Served hot as side dish or snack.
