I have many recipes about cupcake and muffin on my blog with many ingredients as chocolate, jam, cornflakes, ets... And now I made cupcake with coffee and milk powder. Soft and smooth consistency of cake. Good for breakfast and afternoon tea.
- 3 eggs.
- 90 gr castor sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
- 80 gr all purpose flour.
- 20 gr milk powder.
- 20 gr instant coffee.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
- 1/2 cup fresh cream.
Instruction :
- Preheat oven with 180°C.
- Mix flour, milk powder, instant coffee, vanilla and baking powder. Sifted until no clot.
- Whisk with whisk hand egg, sugar and salt until sugar and salt melt and bit foamy.
- Pour mixture of flour gradually and stirring constantly until well blended.
- Pour vegetable oil and fresh cream, stir until well blended.
- Prepare muffin mould with paper cup and pour the batter 1/2 cup. Bake until mature for 25 minutes.
