My hubby bought pegasus fish. I am confuse to cook it, because meat of fish is so soft. If fried will be ruined. Finelly, I baked with potato after marinated with salt, ground black pepper, olive oil and oregano. For fish, I just sprinkle with flavor taste and parmesan cheese. So savory and creamy.
- 3 fillets of pegasus fish.
- 12 small potatoes, wash and cut 4 pieces.
- A pinch of salt / flavoir.
- Parmesan cheese as needed.
- Olive oil as needed.
- Oregano as needed.
- Rosmarino as needed.
Instruction :
- Rub pegasus cheese with salt / flavor. Arrange on the heat resistant pan.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- The other bowl, mix potato, oregano, flavor and olive oil. Stir until combine evenly.
- Arrange potatoes on the fish and last put rosmarino on the potatoes.
- Heat oven 180°C and bake for 60 minutes. Ready to be served with bread.
