
- 300 gr all purpose flour.
 - 150 gr steamed potato, mashed.
 - 1 1/2 tsp yeast.
 - A pinch of salt.
 - 1 tsp sugar.
 - 1 whole egg, lightly beaten.
 - Lukewarm milk, as needed.
 
Topping :
- Canned tuna.
 - Onion, julienne.
 - Tomato sugo.
 - Mozzarella.
 
Instruction :
- Miz all of ingredients, make a hole in the middle. Except the lukewarm milk.
 - Pour the milk as needed, while kneaded until smooth and no sticky.
 - Round the doungh and placed into the bowl. Coated with damp cloth and clean.. Let the rise for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
 - After the dough rise, kneaded again until the air runs out. Devide the dough, I devided 2 pieces small balls.
 - Milled the dough with roller pin until flat and round, and put on the baking tin.
 - Spread with sugo the edge of the dough section, surrounding edges. So the middle which is not given sugo cut 8 as we cut pizza. But don't get past the sugo.
 - Sprinkle with onion as needed, tuna, and last sprinkle with mozzarella.
 - Fold the middle past the toppings to the edges.
 - Preheat the oven with temperature 200°C, when you put the dough inside, reduce the temperature 180°C. Baking until golden brown and mature.
 - Served hot. The pizza is soft.
