The first I ate the couscous, when Iftar in mosque at my city where I lived. But just now, I cook and eat again the couscous. Turned out to be very easy and a practical. My recommend, if you want the praktical food, try to make couscous.
- 250 gr couscous semola oro.
- 100 ml chicken broth.
- 1 medium size onion, thinly sliced.
- 2 green bird eyes chilies, halved.
- 10 prawns, peeled.
- 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced.
- 1 carrot, grated.
- 1/2 zucchine, thinly sliced.
- Salt or flavoring as needed.
- 1 tbsp Ghee, for saute onion.
Instruction :
- Melt ghee, saute onion and salt/seasoning until fragrant, wilt and soft.
- Add chicken and stir until chicken meat is white, add prawns and stir until reddish.
- Add carrot and zucchine and stir until wilt.
- Add chicken broth and simmer until boiled, add couscous and stir until combine evenly.
- Cook with low flame for 5 - 7 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- After mature, served when hot.
