The cake with brown sugar is yummy. Taste of brown sugar is fantastic. The cake with brown sugar is a traditional cake from Indonesia. You can eat as breakfast or when tea time on afternoon.
Ingredients :
- 250 gr brown sugar + 150 ml fresh milk.
- 250 gr all purpose flour.
- 1 egg, beaten lightly. Set aside.
- 50 gr milk powder.
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- 1/2 sdt baking soda.
- 100 ml vegetable oil.
Instruction :
- Boil brown sugar and fresh milk until melted with low flame and filtered, then set aside. No until boiled, just melt.
- Mix flour, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda, set aside.
- Pour brown sugar stir until combine evenly and add egg, stir until combine evenly.
- Pour vegetable oil and stir until combine evenly.
- Pour into baking tin has been covered with baking paper.
- Bake with temperature 180°C until mature for 25 minutes.
- Ready to be served.
