Putri Salju or Snow White Cookies is a cookies for Eid apart of Nastar or Pineapple Tart and Kaastengel. Why called Snow White ? Because the cookies are coated with icing sugar. Crispy and crumble on the tongue.
Ingredients :
- 175 gr all purpose flour.
- 150 gr butter/margarine.
- 1 tbsp maizena.
- 1 yolk.
- 15 gr milk powder.
- 100 gr peanut, crushed.
- Icing sugar for coating.
Instruction :
- Mix all of ingredients and knead until smooth and no sticky on the hand.
- Milled the dough with the rolling pin with thickness 1/2 cm. And use the cresent moon cookies cutter to print the dough.
- Preheat the oven with temperatture 180°C and bake until mature for 20 minutes.
- Let it cool in room temperature. Then, coat with icing sugar.
