I ever posted onde-onde but coated with white sesame seeds. Today I post Black or White Onde-onde. Why Black or White, because I use black and white sesame seeds to coat the dough. I made the Black or White Onde-onde for my Nisfu Sya'ban breaking fast. For beverage, I made

- 125 gr glutinous flour.
- 2 tbs rice flour.
- 60 gr sugar.
- 100 ml water.
- 50 gr white sesame seeds.
- 50 gr black sesame seeds.
- A pinch of salt.
- Oil for deep frying.
Ingredients Stuffing :
- 100 gr mung beans without peeling, soaked for 3 hours.
- 50 gr sugar.
- 50 ml water.
- 2 drops vanilla essence.
- Stuffing : Pulse mung beans, sugar and water until smooth. Simmer on the low flame and give vanilla essence until thick. Set aside.
- Mix glutinous flour, rice flour sugar and salt, pour water gradually and knead until smooth and no sticky to the touch.
- Take little the dough and shape ball and flatten put the stuffing, and coated with the dough shape as ball again.
- Roll over sesame seed until coated surface the dough. Do it until the dough runs out.
- Preheat oil, and fry with low flame until golden brown. Ready to be served.
