The recipe of grilled fish curry masala is just my idea to use curry masala and then grilled. Fish marinated with masala for 1 hour and grilled for 30 minutes.
Ingredients :
- 500 gr fish, cleaned and washed. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pour vinegar or lime juice to reduce smell of fish. Wash once again.
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic paste.
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric.
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander.
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
- 1/4 tsp garam masala.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 2 tbsp lime juice.
- Dried red chilies as needed.
- Mix all of spices (garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, salt, dried rec chilies and lime juice) until combine evenly.
- Marinate fish with spices and set aside for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven 170°C and grill the fish for 30 minutes.
- Ready to be served with salad.
