My favorite mushrooms are champignon and ear mushrooms. Yummy. Now I cook champignon with oyster sauce, and prawns.
Ingredients :
- 200 grs champignon mushrooms, cleaned and washed then drained.
- 10 prawns, peeled.
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut.
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
- 1/2 medium size onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlice, finely chopped.
- 2 - 3 green cayenne peppers.
- Salt is required.
- Oil for sauteing.
- Coriander leaf, finely chopped.
- Cherry tomato and coriander leaf for garnish.
Instruction :
- Preheat oil and stir fry onion, garlic and salt until fragrant.
- Add oyster sauce and prawns, stir fry until prawns are reddish.
- Add champignon and bell pepper, stir fry until cooked and tender, and get thick sauce.
- Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with chop coriander leaf.
- Give garnish coriander leaf and cherry tomato ready to be served.
