Occidental Food (casserole). I just bought broccoli and bell pepper and I still have fillet salmon in my freeze. So better I make salmon with broccoli and bell pepper with slices cheese. So creamy.
- 2 fillets of salmon, cleaned.
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut.
- Florets of broccoli as needed., boiled half mature.
- 1 can sugo of tomato.
- Flavor enhancer as needed.
- Flake of red dried spicy.
- Coriander leaf as needed, finely chopped.
- Slices cheese as needed.
- Oil for spread heat resistant pot.

- Preheat oven 150°C. Prepare heat resistant pot and spread with oil.
- Arrange 2 fillets of salmon, Put broccoli, then sprinkle of bell pepper.
- Arramge slices cheese until cover all of surface, pour sugo, flake red dried spicy, daun ketumbar cincang and flavor enhancer.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Ready to be served as second plate.
