- 3/4 cup semolina.
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
- 1/8 tsp baking powder.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
- 10 grs sesame seeds
- Oil for deep frying.
- Flour for rolling as needed.
- Mix semolina, flour, baking powder, sesame seeds, salt and add water gradually while stirring constantly until combine evenly.
- Knead the dough until smooth and wrap with a damp cloth or cling wrap. Set asinde for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Knead it once again. Roll with rolling pin until thin, cut with cookie cutter or pizza cutter.
- Preheat oil with medium flame and fry until golden brown.
