Kaarage chicken is Japanese Fried Chicken Version. Marinated with garlic, ginger, and light soy sauce. And coat with potato starch before fried.
- 300 grs chicken thighs boneless.
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated.
- 2 cloves garlic, grated.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- 1 tbsp sake (skip)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp potato starch.
- Vegetable oil for frying.
Instruction :
- Put chicken into a bowl, marinated with ginger, garlic, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until combine evenly.
- Put into refrigerator for half hour.
- Preheat vegetalbe oil to deep fry.
- Pour potato starch into a bowl, add chicken and toss to coat evenly every pieces of chicken.
- Fry into hot oil until golden brown and cooked.
- Transfer into a plate to served.
