In a few days, I like eating fried rice. So my post, always about fried rice with many version. Yesterday, I have posted my fried rice with vegetable, today I post fried rice beef cheese. After fry and bake. Yummy.
- 2 plates of white rice.
- 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
- 25 grs beef, boiled until tender and sliced thinly.
- Vegetable oil.
- Cheese.
- A pinch of salt for taste.
Instruction :
- Preheat oil to fry, saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and stir until mix.
- Add rice and salt, stir until blended within 5 - 10 minutes.
- Turn off heat. Put fried rice into heat resistant baking pan/aluminium foil pan.
- Heat the oven 175°C. Shredded cheese up of fried rice, and bake fried rice within 5 minutes or until cheese melt.
- Ready to be served when hot with fried vegetables.
