
Bruschetta is an Italian appetizer. They put diced tomato, chopped garlic, olive oil as topping. Now, my recipe, I put shrimps, onion, spicy, lemon juice and little sugar as topping, and sprinkle with sesame and cashew nut as garnish. Sometime, I put mozzarella too, yummy and tangy.
- 20 grs prawns, peeled and grilled.
- 5 green cayenne peppers, grilled. (Optional).
- 10 green beans, steamed or bolied.
- 1/4 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 1 cloves garlic.
- Salt is required.
- Sugar is required.
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice..
- 1 baquette, sliced thinly.
- Topping : cashew nut and sesame seeds
Instruction :
- Crush onion, garlic, cayenne peppers, shrimpis and green beans until smooth.
- Pour into a small bowl.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and sugar, stir until blended.
- After shrimps paste ready, put onto slice baquette. And put cashew nut.
- Preheat oven 150°C, bake for 10 minutes.
- Arrange on the serving plate, and give garnish sesame seeds.
- Ready to be served, yummy and tangy.
