
Ramadhan on summer, need much water and need comsumtion many fruits. So the afternoon, for our break fasting, I have prepared smoothie with dates, peach and avocado smoothie with honey and milk.
- 1 avocado.
- 2 peaches.
- 15 dates.
- 300 ml fresh milk.
- 3 tbsp honey.
Instruction :
- Cut all of fruits, honey and fresh milk, put into food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 medium glass.
- Serve when cool.
