
Marhaban Ya Ramadhan. Ramadhan on summer, all day does not consume water, will make us dehydrated. To replace the liquid reduced, we can consume the fruits that contains lots of water. On summer, better consume lot af fruits.
- Fruits according a taste. If me, the fruits are : Apple, Melon, Peach, Pear, Strawberries, Avocado.
- 400 ml fresh milk.
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- Basil seeds as needed.
Instruction :
- Cut all of fruits as what you like and organize them into serve bowl.
- Pour fresh milk, sweetened condensed milk and honey.
- Add basil seeds and ready to be served cool.
