
Stirred Fry Chana is one of dish for Ramadhan. Bangladeshi eat it almost every break the fast. They eat with Muri (Puffed Rice) and some Fried Vegetable.
Instruction :
- Boil chana until tender and then drain.
- Saute onion, garlic, green cayenne pepper, and salt until fragrant.
- Add coriander, cumin and turmeric, saute until fragrant.
- Add chana, stir until spices mixture with chana.
- Add hot water, boil until water little bit dry, add diced potato.
- Cook until potato mature and water dry.
- Serve with muri (puffed rice) and fried vegetable.
