My homemade Marshmallow Fondant. Yippiiieee, I am success to make it. Not so difficult, only within 10 minutes.
- 454 grs Marshmallow (1 pound).
- 5 - 6 cups refined sugar that has been sifted (639 grams).
- 2 tbsp cool water.
- 1 tsp flavouring (vanila or almond extract).
Instruction :
- Put a pan with water and marshmallow to melt in a doble boiler and stir occasionaly to mix.
- When marshmallow dissolved, leave pan from doble boiler.
- Put refined sugar on the table for mix with marshmallow melted until not sticky.
- Take plastic wrap and cover marshmallow fondant.
