Stir Fried Lady Finger


Ladyfinger is vegetable good for digestion. Streamlining disposal for digestion. The ladyfinger we cook curry or stir fried. But I love stir fried, Good for my digest.







Ingredients :
  • 200 gr ladyfinger, washed and cut oblique.
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced thinly.
  • 5 red cayenne chilies, halved.
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric.
  • 1/4 tsp salt.
  • Oil for sauteing.
Instruction :
  1. Preheat oil, saute garlic, red cayenne chilies, ground turmeric and salt until fragrant.
  2. Add ladyfinger, stir until tender and has gone the mucus.
  3. Ready to be served as set aside.
