- 200 gr ladyfinger, washed and cut oblique.
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced thinly.
- 5 red cayenne chilies, halved.
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- Oil for sauteing.
Instruction :
- Preheat oil, saute garlic, red cayenne chilies, ground turmeric and salt until fragrant.
- Add ladyfinger, stir until tender and has gone the mucus.
- Ready to be served as set aside.
