Mini Burger

I made mini burger with potato buns for my kids with stuff chicken sausage, enough for their snack. With steam potaot, buns were soft.









Ingredients :
  • 500 gr flour (300 gr manitoba flour + 200 gr all purpose flour).
  • 150 gr steam potato, mashed.
  • 7 gr instant yeast.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 50 gr sugar.
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil.
  • 150 - 200 ml lukewarm milk.
Stuffing :
  • Mayonaisse.
  • Ketchup.
  • Chicken sausage.
  • Lattuce salad.
  • Single cheese.
Instruction :
  1. Mix all of ingredients in medium bowl, knead until smooth and no sticky.
  2. Round up and put into bowl. Cover with clean cloth and let proffing for 1 hour.
  3. Press to reduce the air into the dough. Devided  50 gr and round as small balls and press. Put the buns on the baking tray.
  4. Heat oven 200°C. Bake buns with down heat for 10 minutes and with up heat for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool at room temperature.
  6. Halved buns, smear with mayonaisse. Put the slice of sausage after fried.
  7. Put the lattuce salad and 1/4 of single cheese, smear with ketchup.
  8. Served.
