Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder.
- 1/2 cup sugar.
- 2 tbsp corn starch.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- 2 cups fresh milk.
- 1 egg, lightly beaten.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Ingredients Milk Custard :
- 400 ml fresh milk.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1 tsp corn starch.
- A pinch of salt
- 1 yolk.
Instruction :
- Crack the egg into a small bowl, lightly beaten and set aside.
- In medium size sauce pot, combine cocoa powder, sugar corn starch, salt.
- Pour fresh milk gradually and mix until combine evenly. Stirring constantly until no clot.
- Pour egg and vanilla extract, stir until combine evenly.
- Turn the flame with medium heat, stir until thickens. Stirring constantly until mixture is bubbling.
- Pour into pudding mould / serving cups / or whatever you want to serve.
- Place into freezer for 2 hours. While wait pudding to be hard. Now, we will prepare how to make milk custard.
- Pour 300 ml fresh milk, sugar, and salt into small sauce pan.
- Pour 100 ml fresh milk and corn starch, mix until no clot. Add yolk, and combine evenly.
- Pour egg into fresh milk and simmer until thickens with medium heat.
- After the custard is bubbling, turn off the flame.
- Ready to be served with chocolate pudding.
