Chocolate Pudding with Milk Custard


Chocolate Pudding is pudding with cocoa powder, corn starch and milk. The 3 ingredients is main ingredients. Yummy chocolate pudding and pour some milk custard. Will be more delicous. And you eat after put inside freezer.





Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder.
  • 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 2 tbsp corn starch.
  • 1/4 tsp salt.
  • 2 cups fresh milk.
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Ingredients Milk Custard :
  • 400 ml fresh milk.
  • 1 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 tsp corn starch.
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 yolk.
Instruction :
  1. Crack the egg into a small bowl, lightly beaten and set aside.
  2. In medium size sauce pot, combine cocoa powder, sugar corn starch, salt.
  3. Pour fresh milk gradually and mix until combine evenly. Stirring constantly until no clot.
  4. Pour egg and vanilla extract, stir until combine evenly.
  5. Turn the flame with medium heat, stir until thickens. Stirring constantly until mixture is bubbling.
  6. Pour into pudding mould / serving cups / or whatever you want to serve.
  7. Place into freezer for 2 hours. While wait pudding to be hard. Now, we will prepare how to make milk custard.
  8. Pour 300 ml fresh milk, sugar, and salt into small sauce pan.
  9. Pour 100 ml fresh milk and corn starch, mix until no clot. Add yolk, and combine evenly.
  10. Pour egg into fresh milk and simmer until thickens with medium heat.
  11. After the custard is bubbling, turn off the flame.
  12. Ready to be served with chocolate pudding.
