- 3 bitter melon, washed and cut 4 cm and cleaned all of seeds.
- 100 gr minced meat.
- 1 egg.
- 1/2 medium size onion.
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
- 1 tbsp dry red chili paste.
- Salt is required.
- 300 ml coconut milk.
- Oil for saute.
Grinded Spices :
- 3 cloves garlic.
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
- 1/3 tsp salt.
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander.
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
- Preheat frypan, pour minced meat and grinded spices, stir fry until meat into white and combine evenly with spices.
- Transfer into food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer into bowl, add egg and stir until combine evenly. Set aside.
- Take a bitter melon and stuffed with minced meat.
- Preheat steamer pot and steam the bitter melon for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oil and stir fry onion, garlic and ginger paste, dry red chili paste and salt until fragrant.
- Pour coconut milk and simmer until thick.
- Add the bitter melon and cook until coconut milk dries up.
- Ready to be served.
