Cheesy Potato Patties

Cheesy Potato Patties called Polpette di Patate in Italian Language. Made of mashed potato, grated cheese. Little bit crunchy, because with breadcrumbs. Yummy.

Ingredients :
  • 300 gr mashed potato.
  • 75 gr grated cheese.
  • 1 yolk.
  • Parsley as needed.
  • Breadcrumbs as needed.
  • Oil for deep frying.
Instruction :
  1. Mix mashed potato. grated cheese, yolk, parsley and 50 gr breadcrumbs, until no sticky. If stil sticky, add little breadcrumbs.
  2. Shape around flat and roll ove the breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry on the hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served.
