Rainbow Pudding

Today, hot again. Better I make some fresh snack for out tea time on afternoon. I have agar-agar and will be more interesting if I make Rainbow Pudding. My kids will love it so much. is my Rainbow Pudding.

Ingredients :
  • 2 packs of agar-agar (include sugar).
  • 1250 ml water.
  • 3 tbsp sweet condensed milk.
  • Color food : red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet.
Instruction :
  1. Mix water and agar-agar until combine evenly.
  2. Simmer until boil and thickens. Turn off the flame.
  3. Add sweet condensed milk and mix until combine evenly.
  4. Prepare the mould and pour 250 gr of batter give color violet.
  5. Wait until the surface dries. But don't be hard. If hard, the layer can't be together. If wet, the batter will go down.
  6. Do it untill all of color finish.
  7. Put in freezer for 1 hour. Ready to be served.
