- 1 chicken.
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
- 3 stalks lemongrass, take the white and sliced thinly.
- 5 lime leaves.
- 600 ml coconut milk.
Grinded Spices :
- 1 tbsp red dry chili paste.
- 1 1/2 medium size onion.
- 6 cloves garlic.
- 6 hazelnut.
- 1/3 tsp ground turmeric.
- 1/2 tsp ground galingale.
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
- 2 curly chilies.
- 1 tsp ground coriander.
- 2 tsp shrimps paste.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
Instruction :
- Preheat vegetable oil, saute grinded spices, lemongrass, lime leaves until fragrant.
- Pour coconut milk, boil until boiled and add chicken. Cooked until dries up coconut milk, stirring occasionally.
- Put on the heat resistant pot, and roasted into oven until get black spot.
- Ready to be served.
