Semolina Sesame Seeds Crackers (Bangladesh Pitha)

Semolina Sesame Seeds Cracker is a Bangladesh Pitha to mix with boil chickpeas and tamarind juice, after mix all of them will be mentioned as Fuska. But the first I will share how to make Semolina Sesame Seeds Crackers.

Ingredients :
  • 3/4 cup semolina.
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder.
  • 1/4 tsp salt.
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
  • 10 grs sesame seeds
  • Oil for deep frying.
  • Flour for rolling as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Mix semolina, flour, baking powder, sesame seeds, salt and add water gradually while stirring constantly until combine evenly.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth and wrap with a damp cloth or cling wrap. Set asinde for 20 - 25 minutes.
  3. Knead it once again. Roll with rolling pin until thin, cut with cookie cutter or pizza cutter.
  4. Preheat oil with medium flame and fry until golden brown.
