Cheesy Salmon Casserole with Salad

Lately, I really liked the casserole. Previously, I made potato casserole with shrimps, then merluzzo casserole and now I am making salmon casserole. Coincidence a lot salmon in refrigerator.

Ingredients :
  • 400 - 500 grs fillet salmon.
  • 6 sheets of single cheese.
  • Tomato sauce is required.
  • Coriander leaves is required, finely chopped.
  • Salt is required.
  • Oil for rubbing.
Instruction :
  1. Wash and clean salmon fillet.
  2. Rub the heat resistant pot with oil.
  3. Manage the salmon fillet on top of the heat resistant pot, pour tomato sauce, cover with single cheese and sprinkle with finely chopped of coriander leaves. Sprinkle salt.
  4. Do it for second layer.
  5. Preheat oven 180°C. Baked the casserole 25 minutes.
  6. Ready to be serve with warm.
