Rashmalai Milk Powder

Rashmalai is Bangla Dessert. So creamy, because the ingredients are milk only milk. When you beat and chew so soft. To make milk balls I used Nido Nestle milk powder.







Ingredients :
  • 1 cup plastic milk powder full cream.
  • 1 tbsp flour.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 1 egg, beaten lightly.
  • 2 lts fresh milk.
  • Sugar as needed.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Almond and pistachio as garnish, roughly crushed.
Instruction :
  1. Boil fresh milk into pan until creamy (2 litres fresh milk boil and you get 1 litre cream fresh milk). Add sugar as needed and salt. Stir until blended.
  2. Mix milk powder, flour and baking powder. Pour egg into mixture milk gradually, until milk mixture can be rounded up like marbles.
  3. Round all of dough like small marbles, until finish.
  4. Put into boil creamy fresh milk all of milk marbles and boil within 15 minutes until cooked.
  5. Be served when cool. You can give garnish with sprinkle of crushed almond and pistachio.
