Caramel Pudding

Summer has many kind fruits. and better consume fresh and cold sweet. My sweet is Caramel Pudding, and give sprinkle of many kind summer fruits. Delicious and fresh.

Ingredients :
Caramel :
  • 300 grs sugar.
  • 100 ml water.
Pudding :
  • 600 mls fresh milk.
  • 6 eggs.
  • 100 grs sugar.
Garnish :
  • Slices of kiwi.
Instruction :
Caramel :
  1. Pour the sugar into frypan or pot on medium heat until melted and brown.
  2. Reduce the heat, add a little water and wait until the hot steam is reduced.
  3. Then pour the whole water into caramel sugar.
  4. Stir until blended.
  5. Remove and pour into baking tray or heat resistant glass container.
Pudding :
  1. Whisk the light eggs and sugar until well mix and bubbly.
  2. Pour the milk gradually, stirring constantly until blended.
  3. Pour the pudding dough over caramel.
  4. Pre heat oven to 150°C and bake until pudding cooked with au bain marie system.
