Rashgulla

Rashgulla is one of  Bangladesh Sweet. Made of fresh milk and pour with lime juice to get curd. Then boiled with sugar syrup. Rashgulla if boiled with milk will be Rashmalai. Bangladesh Sweet always use fresh milk. So creamy.





Ingredients :
  • 1 ltr of liquid/fresh milk.
  • 2 pieces of lime.
  • 300 grs sugar.
  • 4 cups of water.

Instruction : 
  1. Simmered milk with low flame, after simmering switch off flame.
  2. Let 80% cold, and pour lime juice 2-3 tablespoon and stir until milk devide with water. Filter the milk with clean cloth to dispose of water. Hanging up to dry water. Don't squeezed.
  3. To get smooth paneer, blend with chopper until smooth.
  4. Knead it little to get soft and smooth the paneer. And shape round.
  5. Devide and shape small marble. Do it until the dough finish. You will get 12-15 pieces paneer.
  6. Boil water (4 cups), sugar and the paneer with press cooker until boiled. Put low fire and boil with in 15 minutes. Turn off the flame. You will get double size than before.
  7. Let it cool and put into freezer. Ready to be served.
