Three Kinds of Fruits Smoothie for Break Fasting

Ramadhan on summer, need much water and need comsumtion many fruits. So the afternoon, for our break fasting, I have prepared smoothie with dates, peach and avocado smoothie with honey and milk.





Ingredients :
  • 1 avocado.
  • 2 peaches.
  • 15 dates.
  • 300 ml fresh milk.
  • 3 tbsp honey.
Instruction :
  1. Cut all of fruits, honey and fresh milk, put into food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 4 medium glass.
  4. Serve when cool.
