- 300 gr potatoes, peeled and cut.
- 1 chicken breast, wash and cut then mashed until smooth,
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional).
- Breadcrumbs as needed.
- Oil to deep fry.
Instruction :
- Fry potato until tender and brownish.
- Mash potato until smooth then mix with chicken and stir until combine evenly.
- Add parmesan, salt and chili powder, stir until combine evenly.
- Take 2 tbsp the doughe and round up, put over the breadcrumbs and dipped into egg white. Last put oven breadcrums again.
- Heat oil, fry potato and chicken balls until golden brown.
