It is my creation sushi for my kids. I made propeller sushi with stir fried of grated carrot and shredded salmon. Need 2 small shusi and another sheet of nori. I don't used sushi rice, but broken basmati rice.
Ingredients :
- 200 grs rice that has been cooked ( 2 plates). I cooked broken basmati rice.
- 50 grs salmon fillet, steamed and shredded.
- 1 carrot, grated.
- Salt is required.
- 6 sheets of nori.

- Mix carrot and salmon, sprinkle a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Put a sheet of nori on bamboo mat. Spread rice on the nori and then spread mixture of carrot and salmon.
- Roll nori up. Make two rolls of small sushi.
- Every roll is halved, so getting 4 pieces.
- Put another nori on the bamboo mat. Place the upside down 2 pices of sushi that have beed halved on the middle of nori. Then put on top of upside down sushi in the opposite direction (supine).
- Wrapped and rolled thightly with bamboo mat and nori.
- Cut and ready to be served.
