Tom Yum is Thai Food and usually, tom yum is cooked as sour and spicy soup. But today, I cooked tom yum with eggplant and prawns with stir fry system is like balado in Indonesia.
- 1 big italian eggplant, washed and cut as you like.
- 10 prawns, peeled.
- 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- Salt is required.
- 2 tbsp tom yum paste instant.
- 3 tbsp oil for sauteing.
- Preheat oil, stir fry onion, garlic, sugar and salt until fragrant.
- Add tom yum paste instant, stir fry until fragrant.
- Add prawns and stir until reddish.
- Add eggplant, stir until eggplat are tender.
- Transfer to serving plate, ready to be served.
