Salmon Fish is our favorite fish. I always cook it with steaming system until all of bones are tender with pressure cooker pan. Now, I roasted the fish with India (Bangladesh) spices.
Ingredients :
- 1 salmon (1 - 1 1/2 kg).
- 2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp garam masala.
- 2 tsp ground coriander.
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt.
- 1 tsp ground black pepper.
- 1 tsp rosmarino.
- 2 tbsp lime juice.
- Cleaned salmon fish.
- Mix all ingredients of spices.
- Marinated fish with spices, and let it for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven 200°C, roast fish for 30 minutes.
- Ready to be served with hot white rice and salad.
