Who doesn't know Doraemon. We know Doraemon with Bamboo Propellers and The Magic Door, and one thing he love Dorayaki. Now, I post a Dorayaki Recipe with mung bean nutella paste.
Ingredients Japanese Pancake:
- 2 eggs.
- 60 grs castor sugar.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 50 ml water.
- 130 gr all purpose flour.
- 100 ml fresh milk.
- Butter as needed.
- Mung bean Nutella paste as needed.
Ingredients Mungbean Nutella Paste :
- 100 grs mung bean with no shell, soaked 1 hour into water.
- 200 ml fresh milk.
- 1 tbsp nutella.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
Instruction Mungbean Nutella Paste :
- Puree mung bean and milk until smooth.
- Pour into small sauce pan, add nutella and sugar, mix.
- Turn on flame with low flame, stir occasionally until thick. Let it cool
Instruction Japanese Pancake :
- Whisk eggs, custor sugar, and honey until bubble with whisker hand or mixer low speed.
- Mix baking soda with water, pour into the batter. Mix until combine evenly.
- Add flour and milk alternately until finish and whisk until combine evenly.
- Rest 30 minutes.
- Spread frypan diameter 8 cm with butter, turn on the flame.
- Pour the batter onto frypan. When the bubbles pop up on the surface of the batter flip it. Wait 4 minutes and transfer on the plate and cover with kitchen paper to keep it moist. Do it until the batter finish.
- Take 2 pcs pancakes put the paste between them. The lightly press then into Dorayaki shape. Ready to be served.
