Last weekend, our menu for launch is Prawns Fried Vermicelli mixed with some vegetables. It is yummy for our tummy...hehehe.
- Some vegetables such as collards, peas, carrots, boiled.
- Some prawns, peeled.
- 150 grs rice vermicelli instant, boiled and drained.
- 1 onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 - 3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
- 1 tsp pepper.
- A pinch of salt.
- Oil for fry.
- Some hot sauce.
Instruction :
- Saute onion, garlic, pepper powder and salt, until fragrant.
- Add some prawns and stir fry until reddish.
- Add vegetable was boiled and stir fry until mix well.
- Add rice vermicelli noodles was boiled..
- Fry and mix until well mix.
- Ready to be served when hot with some hot sauce.
