
Bangladesh Food for a side dish. Made of mashed small shrimps and shaped as shrimps patties with coconut soup. I sprinkled sesame seed after toasted.
- 300 grs shrimps, cleaned.
- 1 tbsp besan flour
- 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 200 ml coconut milk.
- Green Cayenne Pepper is required ( I put 5 pcs)
- 1/3 tsp ground turmeric.
- 1 tsp ground coriander.
- 1 tsp ground cumin.
- 4 cardamoms.
- 3 cloves.
- 2 cms cinnamon.
- 2 bay leaves.
- Salt is required.
- Oil for frying and sauteing.

- After cleaned shrimps, crush. And mix with besan flour.
- Heat oil and fry the shrimps batter with form flat round.
- Do them until finish, and put it.
- Stir fry onion, garlic and green cayenne pepper, until fragrant.
- Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, salt and bay leaves, stir fry unti fragrant.
- Pour coconut milk. Simmer until boiled.
- Add shrimps patties. Cooked until spieces absorb and fragrant.
- Ready to be served as a side dish.
