
Kichoori (Kicuri) is rice mix with dhal (lentils). It is one of South Asia (India and Bangladesh) rice. Healthy rice, fix for whom as vegetarian. Because only lentil.
- 5 cups basmati rice.
- 1/2 cup of dhal (lentil).
- 5 - 10 hard boiled eggs.
- 1 big onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 tbsp butter (ghee).
- 2 tsp salt.
- 4 cms cinnamon.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 50 grs peas.
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric.
- 10 cups boiled water.

Instruction :
- Melt butter or ghee.
- Added onion, stir fry until fragrant and soft.
- Add salt, cinnamon and bay leaves, stir well.
- Pour mixture of rice and dhal after washed well. Stir fry until colour of rice yellow. Add turmeric powder and stir until blended.
- Pour the hot water on rice and stir until combine evenly with rice.
- When the water is boiling, ad the peas and boiled eggs.
- Cook until mature with low flame. Served with side dishes and salad.
