Potato and Chicken Balls with Parmesan Cheese

Snack for my kids, the potato and chicken balls. They can mix with pasta or spaghetti, but I always mix with spaghetti because my kids love for their lunch or dinner.

Ingredients :
  • 300 gr potatoes, peeled and cut.
  • 1 chicken breast, wash and cut then mashed until smooth,
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional).
  • Breadcrumbs as needed.
  • Oil to deep fry.
Instruction :
  1. Fry potato until tender and brownish.
  2. Mash potato until smooth then mix with chicken and stir until combine evenly.
  3. Add parmesan, salt and chili powder, stir until combine evenly.
  4. Take 2 tbsp the doughe and round up, put over the breadcrumbs and dipped into egg white. Last put oven breadcrums again.
  5. Heat oil, fry potato and chicken balls until golden brown.
