Simple Tiramisu

Before I ever posted eggless tiramisu and now i am sharing original tiramisu and simple how to prepare with egg. Mascarpone mix with egg is most creamy. But without egg better for whom alergic egg.






Ingredients :
  • 4 eggs, separeted yolks and whites.
  • 500 gr mascarpone.
  • 120 gr castor sugar.
  • 300 ml coffee.
  • Savoiardi biscuits.
Instruction :
  1. Put yolks and sugar into sauce pan, heat and stir with whisk hand until sugar melt and yolk are warm and foamy (no boiling about 5 minutes).
  2. Transfer to bowl and whisk with mixer electric until thick and fluffy.
  3. Add mascarpone gradually and stirring constanly until mix well with yolk and thick.
  4. With the other bowl, heat egg whites and salt and stirring constantly with whisk hand until warm and foamy. Pour egg whites into bowl and whisk with mixer electric until soft peat.
  5. Mix egg white into mascarpone batter, stir until combine evenly. If there is water in the beaten egg whites, only take the foam of egg whites. Because if you mix with water of egg white into the mascarpone batter so it will lead to cream melt.
  6. Put the cream into piping bag and store into refrigerator and ready to be used.
  7. Spray mascarpone cream 4 rows, dipped 3 savoiardi biscuits into caffee and arranged onto mascarpone cream.
  8. Do the same way for second layers and sprinkle with cacao powder. Put into freeze and ready to be served when cold.
